Who are BroadHR?
Hello, I’m Danni Broadman, the founder and director of BroadHR.
For me, HR is all about making a positive difference within the workplace.
Having worked in HR for 15 years and gaining a wealth of experience in this field, I understand the importance of having the right people in the right roles and the impact that employee engagement levels can make to the overall employer/employee relationship.
During my career within HR I have been involved in several HR situations giving me a rounded experience in a variety of different areas including:
- staff engagement
- staff well-being
- recruitment and selection
- performance management
- training design and delivery
- coaching and mentoring
- discipline and grievance
I thrive on challenges and have a practical approach in my work. I enjoy looking for opportunities to innovate and embrace new ways of working.
I have achieved several qualifications to support my career within HR and be able to provide comprehensive advice and support within the workplace. I am also a member of several nationwide networking groups for HR Independents and stay up to date with employment law changes and workplace trends.
