Who are BroadHR?

Hello, I’m Danni Broadman, the founder and director of BroadHR.

For me, HR is all about making a positive difference within the workplace.   

I’ve worked in HR for over 15 years, across several different industries and gained a wealth of experience in the field. 

I understand the importance of having the right people in the right roles and have seen first hand the impact that employee engagement levels can make to the overall employer/employee relationship.
