When faced with crisis we need to adapt, and with an increasing number of people having to work from home for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19, it may start to feel quite isolating/ they may start to feel quite isolated.
It’s important to stay in touch with others, be socially active and for everyone to look after their physical and mental health.
Activities and ideas
That’s why we’ve decided to put together a list of engagement activities to help people interact with others online.
There are a variety of activities below, some require more preparation than others, but we have included a break down of the steps you need to take to set them up. Others can be done with less preparation and could be a ‘quick win’ when you have less time to prepare.
